Q: Can you customize the products(make products with our brand)?
A: Yes, we can customize the products according to your requirements. For example material, color, logo design ,package ,etc. Actually,we are welcome to cooperate as OEM service.
Q: What should i provide to you if i want to do my own design?
A: For printing design,we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate.we will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include color,size and position before real sample making.The more information that can be provided to us,the better.But if you can't,at least have HD multi-angle pictures and product application display.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: 30sets for strength equipment,1000kg for dumbbell ,kettlebell ,weight plate,50pcs for bar.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Normally,it takes us 15-45 days for an order over our MOQ qty after you confirm the order and got your LC at sight or 31% deposit.
